Shipping policy

At Cadeaux, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We are committed to ensuring that your orders are processed quickly and delivered to you in a timely manner.

• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days except on holidays and weekends.
• Free local delivery is available for orders above 50 JOD.
• For orders under 50 JOD, the shipping rate is 3 JOD for inside Amman and 4-5 JOD for outside Amman.
• Delivery time is from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm on weekdays except for Fridays.
• We will contact you via text message on the number you provided on your order to notify you of the delivery.

We will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered to you as soon as possible. If you have any special requests or need your order by a specific date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
